About Three Crosses Bare: 

  David  Cooke, Michael Cooke and Daniel Cooke in 2003 originally started the Band and the name was agreed upon in 2004. The crosses then had a significant meaning as there were three cookes that made up the band so there was three crosses. The BARE part has its significants as well;The fact that we as Christians want to spend eternity in heaven with our Lord but more importantly, that the cross was bare when christ went to be seated at the right hand of the father, one day all will be leaving here because this is not our home,and we all have a CROSS to bear, leaving the cross BARE!  Later in December of 2004 Daniel and I moved into a whole house and while moving in there a tract was found  propped up on a shelf in the bathroom medicine cabinet sitting there alone. This tract had Three Crosses on it. We knew immediately that this was a given and meant to be! We opened up the tract and there was an explanation of the crosses that now fulfilled the meaning of those crosses to be something bigger than us and the band and all about God!

The first  Cross of Rejection:  

 Was the Cross of Rejection: this is the cross of many today and was once my cross. We sneer at the cross of The Lord Jesus Christ. "Save thyself and us if ye are the Christ" this THIEF cried.

The 2nd Cross of Redemtion:

 This cross is the wonder of all time. The sins upon the Lord Jesus Christ were your sins and my sins. We marvel at GOD's love for us, in that He would punish His own Son for the whole world.

The 3rd Cross of Reception:

 This cross brought about a last minute conversion. His sins were canceled in a moment. No time for good works or sacraments; only faith in the Lord Jesus Christ of the center CROSS. What a change: morning in sin, noon in grace, night in glory. His home in paradise will be shared by all who repent toward GOD and BELIEVE!

 This is why the song originally written by the Band Third Day -"Thief "has a big impact on us and is a song so many, including us can relate to.It is one of our favorites to play.Not to mention without this we would have no hope!


Please pray the following prayer with me to JESUS and be Saved

Dear GOD, I am a sinner and need repentance.I believe Jesus shed his precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin
I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my Personal Saviour In Jesus name, I pray, Amen.

It's not the words that "save you from Hell"Repenting of your sins and a Faith in Jesus saves you nothing else
if you prayed that prayer and really meant it Repented of your sins and placed your Faith in Jesus you are now saved

I am saved, Now what do I do ?

1.Read your Bible everyday to get to know Jesus Christ better 
2.Talk to God in prayer everyday
3. Be Baptized, worship, felowship and serve with other
Christians in a church where Christ is preached and the Bibles the final authority.
4. Tell others about Jesus Christ
